"These guys are ripping you off. Make sure to scan products for counterfeit (barcode on box) before buying (especially GeekBars). Manager (Matt) is selling counterfeit products. And they charge $40 for a GeekBar, (the one with 15,000 hits, 5%) but other shops sell it for $20-$25. Don't buy it here! Save your money. Stay safe. I bought it at a different more ethical shop (see the image receipt)."

"Have never had an experience here that was anything short of delightful and utterly smile-inducing. I literally couldn't tell you how much the e-juice I've bought here every month for like half a year even costs, because I have never paid attention. It would have absolutely no impact on my decision to shop here (unless they were charging something obscene, of course, haha - which they certainly aren't). The staff here is THAT amazing. Trust me when I say this, I can sometimes be one of the cheapest people I know. The lengths I've gone to to save a dollar in the past have been comedically embarrassing at times. But even if I found out the product I come here for was sold elsewhere for half the price, I would STILL COME HERE. I have met many different staff members at this location and every single one of them has been memorably and strikingly outstanding in every way. No one hesitates even a moment to go out of their way to help. They all have the most genuine demeanor of kindness and interest in talking with their customers that doesn't come off as fake or pushy in the slightest way. I'm not sure what the manager's recruiting or hiring process here is, but whatever it is: it's working and I bet other places would kill for their secret! Absolutely recommend this place without question."
