"I don't know who they are or what they do. I do know that they sent me a bill for services from a year and a half ago! They don't answer their phones and they don't return calls. Hillcrest Hospital can't/won't help you get in touch with them. Total scammer as far as I can tell. ####Follow up post. I finally got somebody to answer the phone after calling their numbers over 2 dozen times. The lady in billing has a horrible attitude and can't explain why I got a bill a year and a half after the supposedly provided services. She told me that if I had any questions I would have to get my records from the hospital because they don't keep records. I have all of my hospital records and none of the doctors they are billing me for are on those records. She can't or won't provide any information other than threatening to turn me into collections before hanging up on me...then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. She won't give the name or number of any manager to speak with. I called the hospital and they don't have any information and can only give me numbers that I already have. Looks like I'm heading for court on this one."

"If you get a bill from them, years later, or don't recognize the description of the charges, CALL YOUR INSURANCE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I just got a bill for charges from a surgery from 3 YEARS AGO that's has been long taken care of. This place must have been hacked or they need the $$$."

"Their medical staff is great and very helpful. Billing department over-promised that they worked with my insurance while I was in there and stuck me with the entire bill after I got out. UPDATE: I received a bill after I thought I paid everything from work done in September 2020 in current month May 2022. Their billing dept has an answering machine and never called me back. I can't even tell if the bill is legitimate, it's just new charges for old work. Even if it is legitimate, because it took so long to bill you, you can't use your Health Saving Account savings with it. I believe I was scammed probably, but there is nothing I can do."

"I got a bill with the date of service on the 10th of this month and the explaination was "hosp-day hi severity". I never went to the hospital on the 10th. This must be a scam. Will not pay. When I called, no one answered and the mailbox was full. Also the automatic system said that they would switch me to a person who is the answering service and then it went blank and hung up. Strange indeed."

"Had a ER visit in February. I just received this billing in mid May. I have been trying to reach the company for days for verification on what the charges are related to. There is no answer and their mailbox is full. You can’t leave a message. I am not sure if this is a scam or a valid billing. Reading through the reviews it appears that what ever the services the company performs, they are poorly managed. I will not pay until I speak to someone there."
