"Made an appointment for myself and three children in advance. Was asked for my ID and all of their DOB along with their insurance information upon arriving. Waited for almost an hour to be told they couldn’t find my youngest daughters info and proceeded to test other people who had an appointment after me. Very unorganized and inconvenient. Having a sick newborn and two toddlers and wait in line is already hard enough. Get it together."
"I will commend them for having testing appointments available considering that can be quite a challenge right now. The process seems like it could be a bit improved. Online scheduling and portal set up is easy but then the fun begins. There’s 5 marked spots at the location (I went to 31st and Garnett). If you’re not overflowing with luck and don’t get a marked spot, you essentially have to play chicken with everyone else each time one opens up. I lost the battle a few times and then I was bullied out of a spot once I did get one for someone who had supposedly been waiting since 9 am (around 1 pm). It was about an hour and 20 minutes of waiting until I was able to get a marked spot and stay there. After that it was another 20 minutes until I was swabbed and out of there. Keep in mind, I texted as directed when I arrived even though I wasn’t in a marked spot. They don’t come looking for patients, they just continually work their way through the cars in the marked spaces. The nurse was very apologetic for the wait although it’s not her fault. I can only imagine what her day is like. Honestly, I think a drive thru line would be better so at least people aren’t fighting for spots, I’m sure wait times vary greatly as a result. I was there in the middle of the day, maybe first thing in the morning is better? I have a coworker who’s used the Pryor location several times with very little trouble. I wouldn’t say don’t go there, just be prepared."
"I Got there late ⏰ and missed my appointment and they still took me in and gave me the test. The nurse She was very gentle swabbing my nose. Best curbside test I’ve ever had. Highly recommended."
"Highly disorganized and understaffed. We made an appointment online beforehand, but that didn't matter. You pull up to a parking spot and then it's just a free for all - we were there for an hour before we were tested. People drove up after us and were tested before us, even though they didn't have an appointment. The person working was very nice, and I felt so bad for her - she was the only person there with tons of people driving up! My suggestion would be to number your parking spots and have people check in on their phones, then take people in the order they checked in (with appointments being prioritized)."
"Absolutely great experience. Went with a family of 3, drove up and parked. You can make appointments ahead of time, or when you arrive. No insurance needed! Completely free of charge! Took a total of 30 minutes for the 3 of us to get checked. You get your results the following day."
