"My time at Trenton Terrace was pretty short, but I do feel compelled to leave an honest review. I signed my lease beginning April 1st, took my time moving in and spent my first night there April 23rd. Almost immediately after, I started seeing cockroaches. On the kitchen counters, under the sink and lower cabinets, on the walls, walking across the carpet, in the shower, etc. I killed them, but more kept coming. Adults, babies of all stages, egg cases, etc. My last straw was a large roach running across my pillow on my bed shortly after I got up in the morning. It made my skin crawl. I communicated this to Kimberly and she was very professional and helpful in dealing with the problem. She called in the exterminator multiple times, replaced my appliances which were infested and gave me two months of free rent while I did what I could to remedy the situation and even temporarily moved out to try to get rid of them. Unfortunately nothing worked. I lived in my apartment for about six weeks and was temporarily moved out for two months. I decided to leave because after moving out, no food, no crumbs, no dirty dishes or smells to draw them in, removing the appliances, caulking every crack and crevice, spraying, etc., they were still showing up somehow. I spent so much time, energy, and some of my own money trying to get rid of them and I knew I couldn’t continue to live that way. Other tenants have the same problem, some worse than others, so it’s up to you if you don’t mind dealing with roaches. Beyond that, it’s a cute place, great location, affordable, and Kimberly is very kind, understanding, generous, and professional. She let me out of my lease and returned my deposit to me, in addition to offering me new appliances and giving me two months of free rent. Aside from the roaches, I have no other complaints."

"I lived in these apartments for about 10 years. The owner is so sweet. It was also very fun to be next to Cherry St.. There was so much to do. Kimberly is the owner. She takes care of everyone so well. If you looking for a nice place to call home I highly recommend."

Having only 8 units gives you the opportunity to know each neighbor easily.. you know who's coming and going and who lives in your building.. price is great and so close to restaurants and the highway. The owners always take care of any need you have on the property.. and quickly!! Great area to walk your dog or take a walk yourself. motion lights are installed in parking lot and stairway. . Locked mailboxes and great neighbors!!"
