"Let's just say it was bad . Down right bad and not worth it . Even the breakfast food is not worth it as well . I had the eggs and potatoes extremely bad and no taste even with the salt and pepper still no taste with it . All I can tell the public people out there . Just don't go here . It's needs to be shut down for good . Let it go out of business . It's not worth it ."

"Zero degrees outside and I get to my room with no heat on. Turned the heat on and heat barely blows warm. Carpet was trash and coming up off the floor in the stair well. They weren't running shuttle due to the weather, but there were other shuttles running so I had to pay 38 dollars to take a cab from the airport. Would not recommend this hotel at all."

"Had to come to Tulsa due to sister being put on life support. Had to find hotel close to Hospital. This was what we found. Getting in at 9pm at night after being at a hospital all day long all you wanna do is take a hot shower and go to bed. As you see from the picture place was not clean. Burn marks on Lamps, bathroom was not clean, plugs coming out of the walls. The next day whole again being at the hospital at 7am i got a call saying I needed to.check out. I told them no I have a reservation. Lady said no you need to check out check out is 11. I explain again we have a reservation. She could not find it. Told me I needed to come to front desk and check out. I explained AGAIN I was at the hospital and what was going on. She said oh your at the hospital in a tone as if I was lying. As we was already stressed out this stressed us out more thinking we are getting kicked out of our room. She finally found my reservation. She said oh here it is and said ok thanks and hung up. We get back to the room that night and try to get in and our keys had been deactivated. I walk around to the front. Tell them our keys don't work and what room we are in. She looked at me said oh. And had to reactivate the keys. I called to speak to a manager and yet nothing has been done and no one has called me. Don't waste your money on this place. Definitely not worth it."

"Rooms and such were good. Fridge was malfunctioning though, ended up having some food go bad and had to dispose of it. This is a “buyer beware” issue. The fridge was repaired briefly, but it died again."

"Had requested early check-in online reservation. Arrived at 1:00 was told that my request wasn't on reservation. But went ahead and checked in. I had a "jetted tub" room. There were some issues with the bathroom. Was a moldy musty odor and above the tub was obvious signs of water damages. Unpainted drywall and paint peeling from damaged area. The knob plate in the tub was not attached and the drain plug didn't plug the tub. It would drain out quickly. But otherwise it was worth my 10000 points used for the room"
