"We stayed here during a volleyball tournament last weekend and this place was running wild with feral volleyball girls and their exhausted parents. With that said, the staff as a whole was great, but Wyatt needs to be commended for his outstanding customer service. He was getting peppered by people from all directions and made sure everyone was helped in a friendly and timely manner."

"The staff was amazing. My client with disabilities was on her first vacation, and they were so incredibly kind and flexible! The location is great to walk to places. The rooms are clean and cute. Again, I really want to stress, and hope one of the workers sees this, the staff made our trip."

"Let's start with the good. The location to the BOK...the best you can get. Parking wasn't awful for us, but we got there early and didn't leave. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices. The evening employee was helpful as he could be we hen all the bad came into play. So, the bad. The temp outside was 40 degrees and damp...so we set the thermostat to 70 and heat. We left for about an hour and when we came back the temp in our room was colder than when we left. I attempted to call the front desk, but I just got a loud squeal in my ear, so i went down to the desk. The employee said he could get me a space heater or try to find another room, but they didn't have a king bed available. But husband is not a small guy so we decided to stick with the king bed and a space heater. We turned the in room unit off, but it kept kicking on all night long with a loud banging and squealing noise. Then the bathroom sink. To allow the ink to drain, i had to put a washcloth under the drain to hold it up. The faucet wasn't attached so water went right under it all over the floor onto my socks...wet socks are the worst. When i voiced my complaints to the desk this morning during checkout, she said "maybe we can get you some loyalty points". So....not super happy with the overall stay. Came home early so i could take a nap!"

"Great experience from check-in to check out! I was a little leery after reading some of the comments but we had a great experience. The entire staff was very nice and very helpful. And the location couldn't be better if you're in Tulsa for an event at the BOK Center. I would've given this 5 stars but the breakfast buffet could be improved a bit (food wasn't very warm)."
