"We had a wonderful three day stay at The Embassy in Tulsa. We stayed in a beautiful renovated room. Everything was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and they went above and beyond. If we needed anything, it was taken care of. The only bummer was the pool is closed during renovation. The lobby is huge and cozy, so our kids played games instead of swimming. The location is near the interstate for quick travel. We would stay here again."
"I came to this place to rest after booking a room online that said it had balcony access as well as a hot tub in my suite. Upon arrival we seen the major renovation going on. The pool and hot tub are closed. All the suites are being redone even though that's what we booked. We were placed in a basic room. The noise of power tools at 8:30 in the morning is unpleasant to say the least and the no refund policy is bull poop. I will never stay here again. There is no resting here. I with I could show pictures in this review. Talk about 600$ wasted. Do not come here!"
"It was interesting the majority of the staff were excellent. The hotel is under renovation. The first room we had the A/C wasn’t working, we told the front desk and left to have dinner. When we returned they told us that the A//C couldn’t be fixed promptly and offered us another room, within minutes of moving to the other room, we were told that the A/C in that room wasn’t working either so we were moved to a 3rd room. It was a nice updated very clean room, we unpacked and headed out to a show. Around 3:00 a.m we went to the bathroom and it was flooded. I called the front desk and let them know and they said that they would send maintenance up. We wanted to go to sleep so I requested another room and was told by the front desk attendant that it wasn’t possible as he was waiting on the system to update and hung up on me. I called back again requesting another room, again I was told no, he hung up. I called back a 3rd time, same scenario, then a very kind maintenance man showed up, as did the security guy. The security guy said that he was there because my multiple calls interrupted the desk clerk from doing his job of checking people in and out, and was there to let me know that it wouldn’t be tolerated. ( At 3:30 a.m when the system was down?) He informed me that I knew that the hotel was under renovation and that it was our choice to stay there since it “ said so right there on the website”.He accompanied my husband on the elevator as he went down to request another room in person. During this time the guy fixing the sink was able to find another room for us thankfully. As I was on the balcony of the 4th room the security guard yells to the desk clerk that I was “ filming him”, I was not. The night clerk and the security guard on the night of February 22nd were unbelievably rude!!!! The two ladies at the front desk that moved us to the first 3 rooms were incredibly kind and pleasant, we weren’t upset about moving, we understand that it was under renovation and we’re happy to have a working A/C finally. The maintenance went above and beyond what he should have. The bartender was super sweet and efficient the snacks for the reception hour were great. The breakfast was phenomenal. The next morning we spoke to Kai, I hope that I spelled that correctly, she understood our issues and made it right. She was very kind and understanding. Over all it was a very pleasant and clean experience. It is just those two night employees that were unbelievably awful. I’m thankful for all of the other amazing staff."
"I am a longtime Hilton patron. I love the Embassy Suites and I am so excited for the new Renovation. The openness of the atrium makes you feel like you are in a different city other than Tulsa, OK. They are always my first choice and this is no different. Thank you to Sara Lyons for helping to make our stay exceptional. I cannot wait to return once renovations are complete!!"
"My wife got us a reservation at this location; only later did I check the reviews, and I was appalled by some of the comments. We checked into changing our reservation but that wasn't an option. I'm writing this now to say, we should not have been concerned. Our experience at this location was excellent! There was construction; but it was neat and out of the way. The hotel staff was quite friendly. The breakfast was outstanding (as Embassy breakfasts tend to be). I told the lady who made my omelette that I would mention this: it was an outstanding omelette. She obviously has skill because I truly enjoyed it, a lot for a hotel omelette. I've had a lot of restaurant omelettes I liked a whole lot less."
