"Horrendous Apartments! Move in cost me $1.400, which is extremely overpriced now that I’m actually moved in. A total rip off. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this apartment to my worst enemy. •Inside my apartment: the hot water in the shower only runs for 5 minutes, dishwasher leaks, outlets cuts on and off, the toilet clogs every other week and the toilet bowl is cracked. They shut off the water line or the water isn’t working because of the construction. Also power outage here and there. I see a roach every once in a while but it’s not to overwhelming like I see in other reviews. I put in over 15 work orders within the last 3 months of being here which is a lot, one for every week. For the shower all they do is move that tank up and down and I’m pretty it’s set to illegal limit as on of the maintenance man told me so. They show up less and less, I guess I’m out of the new residence frame when they come faster. My toilet seems to clog every other week and they take there sweet time to come out and fix it. I’m having to go to QT up the street and when urgent use the toilet. •Outside of the apartment: a lot of construction, I have no clue what they’re doing but I was told it’s been like that/this for two years. There’s a stop sign near my apartment building and no one stops. I’ve almost been hit every night I come home from work and I have the right away. They tend to blow their horns like they aren’t at fault when they have to turn out. The parking lot needs to be repainted. I’m just going to say that’s why no can park but I doubt it. They park extremely close to each other. Then no one has the courtesy not to hit your car with their door. My brand new car looks terrible because it’s dented and scratched from these horrible people hitting my car. I back up at night to make sure I’m evenly in the spots although you can barely see them, and when I go out the next day I have to squeeze between my car and another. Then there’s cars parked where the residents suppose to be parked with no decal so I’m not understanding how and why the ‘security’ is not towing them. Everyone keeps telling me I need to go to the legal aid office and that’s what I’m going to have to do. It’s unfair to me to have to take showers and use the bathroom elsewhere when I pay rent on time every month here."

"Worst apartments that I have stayed at so far, their units are nice but how some of them are built its impossible to get in and out furniture, I had a flakey office lady when I had applied that never answered phone calls, on top of that I had to move in last minute due to not answering calls, I was not issued a parking permit or informed about it, nor does it say in the lease that I am required to have one, my car is on the lease but somehow was towed because I didnt have a parking permit, I didn't know anything about it until my car was towed and there wasn't a 24 to 48 hour warning sticker or email I have received that told me to go get one until after the fact. They didn't tell me what car company towed my car, I actually thought it got stolen, when I went to the office upset the office lady rolled her eyes and told me to read the signs outside that "stated" that my car would get towed when there where non out there not to mention I had to pay 267 dollars to get my car back even though I live there and pay for rent and they didn't even reimburse me, then they sent me and email saying they were going to spray for bugs when I had just moved in, and didnt inform me that they would be doing an inspection as well, after I got home, I had gotten a letter in my door stating that if I didnt clean the "clutter" in my apartment they were going to terminate my lease when there were just boxes on the floor of the apartment because again, I just moved there. When I went to the office asking about it they didnt know what I was talking about and that no one has even sprayed those apartments yet, I got out that lease very quickly because of have being issues with the apartment management about almost every month I lived there and I would highly recommend not staying at these apartments, management has no idea what they are doing and I could have actually taken them to court for this whole situation. Worst experience, I wish I could give 0 stars, please take your money elsewhere."

"If you like roaches constantly in your kitchen and feasting in your pantry, you should stay here. 1000s in each apartment. Apartment buildings on fire every other year. I lost everything January 2022. March 2022, there was a murder on the backside of my next apartment in the complex. You can't even sleep at night not knowing if bullets are going to be flying through your bedroom window. After all this, the agent didn't want to release me of my lease agreement. At this point I literally expressed the fear of my families lives and they ladies in the office could've cared less. Very inhumane and low on ethical standards. Cobblestone apartments needs to be condemned by the health department ASAP."

"Where can I begin. Since the day that I moved in back in April 2023, the bug issue has been a MASSIVE problem. After speaking with office associates on countless occasions and having exterminators come into my apartment several times for what the( office) calls a deep spray I’m still currently battling the same issue and it’s October 2023. I have several videos and countless pictures of the roach issues here. I’ve asked to be relocated to a different building do to the issue, bugs have invaded most of my personal belongings. If I would have been aware of how bad the roach issues were here, I never would have moved into this complex."
