"I love my new apartment home! The grounds are beautiful, the apartment is spacious with very nice amenities, and the staff is like family. Shannon our building manager has been very helpful and prompt from the very first inquiry I made, and she truly cares about the residents. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and there are multiple social opportunities to help in meeting your neighbors. I would absolutely recommend Stoney Ridge Estates to anyone over 55 who is looking for that “right” place to live!"

"I moved in Aug 2022. It’s a brand new senior complex located in BA in the perfect location on a hill. It’s really pretty & kept up nicely. Also our parking lot has lots of lights so if happen to come home late at night you won’t feel scared. Parking is right by doors. It’s great! Another plus is police station & fire dept are just blocks away. Our manager Shannon is great & always available. She actually cares about her tenants & if issues come up she gets it taken care of right away. The apartments are roomy & all come with washer & dryer. Oh yeah we even have ice makers!!! Our community room/tornado shelter is located on first floor. It’s really nice & decorated pretty. Lots of activities go on here, such as we play games, do puzzles, Diamond art, etc. We have different companies that come in & give us important Medicare information, which is very helpful. If you’re over 55 you would love this community. Also having a helpful caring manager is a very important plus anytime you’re renting & we definitely have that here."

"I Moved into my apartment in October 2022. It is a beautiful property. Very quiet and I feel very safe. Residents here are very, very friendly. Management staff were Drew and Amanda at the time of my move in, they both were very professional ,friendly and EXTREMELY helpful!! All units are one bedroom but, spacious and an open concept. Bedroom is large enough for a King size bed and nightstands, bathroom spacious... living and kitchen open concept, units are well insulated which is a PLUS. washer and dryer are hidden away behind beautiful double doors with storage shelves inside. Nice walk-in closet with shelves for storage. Coat closet as you walk in with top shelf storage. Bathroom has a closet with plenty of storage space. All units come with a washer and dryer, which was a MUST HAVE for me! Units also have large microwaves, electric stoves, fridges, garbage disposals, dishwashers and ceiling fans with easy low access to pull chains. Single window in the bedroom but has a wonderful large window in the living room. Perfect for watching the rain or snow. Or just looking out at a nice sunny day! Lawncare is here every week faithfully. Maintaining the property! which is a plus! and means the owners take PRIDE IN THIS PROPERTY! I personally would recommend this BEAUTIFUL property to anyone 55 + looking for a BEAUTIFUL QUIET place to live."
