The Carlyle Apartments 101 Carlyle Drive, Broken Arrow, OK 74012

"Living there for under a year was the absolute worst mistake of my life. They treat you as good as trash, we dealt with mold under the floor, bathroom walls, air vent and all they did was give us an industrial fan "to help air it out". They will call you racist if you call them out for being stupid and not doing what management is being ya know paid for. Ah and then I had gotten a car and had the tag stolen, I went up to the management and explained the situation, they said "oh that's perfectly fine thank you for telling us, you have nothing to worry about". Well guess who then got stopped and held in the office against my will while someone came and stole my car, then I called the wrecker they used, the wrecker said word for word "oh they called us at 11:27 and scheduled a pick up" well I left the office at 11:23 so something ain't adding up. Oh the stairs leading to the second story are falling apart and coming undone from the walls, three gutters fell down in mid March last year and it took the over 4 months to fix it, then there's also the poor ac, the random bills you'll get. Or how no matter what you do you'll never get the security deposit back. If anyone has any questions you can shoot me an Emile if you want any proof"

"I have lived here 9 years. Since Anatasia had left and new management has taken over, the rent has gone up considerably beyond what is tenable for the location, the new management no longer seems to care about the property or their tenants, there is trash on the property lying in the grass,, balcony's and patio's that have trash or clothes that stay there for days or months.. and the pool situation is pretty much come one , come all, i have witnessed random people who do not live in the apartments, park their car, get out with a bunch of kids and walk directly to the pool. The security is obviously not around patrolling, if there is Security anymore.. We use to have big guy Chris, and now none. This is not a run down apartment complex, but it is beginning to not be what it was a nice quiet community in a safe area."

"I loved living here, however, the rent increased literally every single time I renewed. My rent for a single bedroom went up $200 in 5 years and $150 of it was just in the last 2 years. There is no doubt in my mind, it will float around $1,000/month + add ons by this time next year. That's too high for an apartment w/o washer and dryer hookups. I hate to leave but it's not worth it at that price."

"Pool is in major disrepair. Missing tiles,none of the ladders work correctly and are pretty dangerous. Algae ploom at the bottom of the pool has been here for weeks. Refuse to clean.Pot holes around the pool deck area. Overall pretty disappointing."

"Great apartments for the price. Nothing fancy is the reason for 4 stars but definitely worth the money. Sorry had to update this review it was worth the money until they hacked my rent up $100 a month. I had to take it from four stars to two"
