"I like living here because it’s quiet the management and maintenance are Great and hard-working. It’s convenient to the creek Turnpike , Walmart And other places to shop . I only gave it one star because the landscaping needs to be repaired And updated Because it’s causing dirt erosion away from the patios, causing them to lean and around the sidewalks, makes it hard to walk around . There is trash around the dumpsters dumped furniture on The outside of every dumpster. One person has trash all over her patio and sets trash in front of Her door And Trash on ground . It’s embarrassing and I don’t have company because of it."

"I have been living here since October. Very disappointed. The corporate level of ownership does not (in my opinion) honestly care. Our one maintenance guy is hard working and has a great personality, but has no way of keeping up taking care of a complex, alone. There is dog feces everywhere, laundry facility is filthy and there doesn't seem to be repairs on broken down porch fencing, ect. It's honestly pretty ghetto."

"I have lived here for 3 years and it has by far been the best place yes place I have ever rented. Maintenance is very hard working and it's pretty amazing. My work orders don't go past 2 to 3 days to be done. Mariah is the manager and she is the sweetest manager I have ever come across. She always makes sure that I am taking care of and goes above and beyond. I have never had any bug issues the 3 years I've lived here which is pretty amazing amazing. Neighbors are also very friendly which makes this place such a great place to live."

"I have lived here for 3 years and I have never had any issues that weren't resolved quickly. The current property manager always answers any questions I may have and is always willing to help or work with me when I need. The complex itself is very quiet and we have never had a problem with unruly neighbors. Over all love living here."

"There is a new manager who has recently taken over, just about as soon as we came in, Mariah. My girlfriend and I were dealing with problems since day one. It was so bad, I’d give them 0 stars if I could. It was August and our Air conditioning unit completely broke. It took them a month to fix it..and our electric bill was $400 because of it. honestly should’ve taken them to court. I had to sleep on my mattress downstairs, with one window unit in a two bedroom townhouse. There’s a hole in the ceiling, beneath the shower, where it leaks through and drips onto the floor of the kitchen constantly. We were on maintenance about it and after 4 visits, it still has not been fixed. Worst of all, not to mention the roach problem??? We did NOT bring them in with us, we are NOT dirty people. But trying to get rid of them was a hassle. We’re leaving Inverness with them still being there. Because Mariah didn’t care any time we called her. She had them spray once, and said it was a birth control and they couldn’t come back for a month? But our infestation was more than less, it was terrible. Having us deal with that was completely unacceptable. There’s so much more but I’m going to take that up with Mariah herself . I just wouldn’t recommend living here at all, save yourself."
