Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa S Broken Arrow Hwy 51, an IHG Hotel 2201 North Stone Wood Circle, Broken Arrow, OK 74012

"Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location is near many good restaurants and places to shop. Staff was lousy and very much unfriendly. I was never welcomed as a platinum elite member, which is no big deal, but the staff never offered me a hello or asked my how I was doing. I was never offered a water bottle (Hilton gives me two a day) when I checked in and charged my room for the two I took that I thought were complementary. When I was checking out the front desk had a display with 20 or so water bottles so I asked for two to go with me on my 9hr drive back to Minnesota. I was told these are only for guests who are checking in I was not entitled to one, they were avail to purchase if I wanted one. Andrea was arguing with me over a 20¢ bottle of water. I like holiday inn and IHG properties, but this makes. E lean toward Hilton with the 140 nights a year I stay in hotels. Sorry Tulsa IHG, but your staff sucks!"

"I think the staff was tired. I showed up around 2 ish....hoped to be in a room. The Day Staff said I had a specific request but I tried to convey that I didn't care what type of room. I was informed that at 3 pm, they would start letting people into their rooms. The idea of checking in seemed to be abrasive. Daniel found a "room ready." It was the Handicapped room on the 3rd floor. I kinda felt bad because there may have been others less fortunate who needed the room. A bit miffed at this point. It shouldn't have been terse and if guests were gone by eleven, certainly in 4hrs there had to be a room ready. I wasn't adamant about a king or two queens: any room would have sufficed. It seemed like a stern adherence gone askew. It's in a nice area, and seemed as new as a hotel goes. I left after two hours to find another place. The bill wasn't critical as much as it was me feeling uncomfortable with the afternoon's authority dance with the front desk. James Williams Platinum 455367301"

"My kids stayed there this weekend for a basketball tournament & my 16 yr old daughter had an allergic reaction in her eye. I was 2 hours away and my daughter called me at 1:30am distraught. She is the manager of her big brother’s basketball team so there were no moms around for me to call so I did the only thing i could think of and that was to call the hotel for options. The front desk clerk, Natissha, went above and beyond to help my daughter. She helped my daughter when I could not. She was such a blessing. Holiday Inn Express in Broken Arrow is lucky to have such a fine employee. The world needs more kind people like her!"

"I was there with my wife and kids in town seeing family and we found this hotel. It was in a quite part of town and right off the highway about 2 minutes off the highway. Joy was our check in and check out lady and both times she was as nice as can be and always smiling. The rooms were very clean and nice. The location was amazing and very easy to find. They have a indoor pool and MINI GOLF!!! DONT SKIP OUT 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND."

"Stayed in holidays all around the country, this location is hands down the nicest "express" I've seen. Lobby is one of a kind. Pool room is massive along with the fitness center. Even the breakfast area is bigger and nicer than normal. Then to top it off they have mini golf.. staff was very friendly and i have absolutely zero bad things to say about this location"
