"I have never lived in these apartments, but I have delivered food here multiple times. In the recent storm, which caused an emergency situation in all of the metro area, this apartment complex has amazed me. While apartment complexes just across the road from here still have limbs and trees down, this place has cleaned up their complex so much that you can’t even tell they lost a single branch. I delivered here the day after the storm hit, and there were trees down everywhere, and I mean every single area of this complex had trees down. When I went back, just two days later, I can’t even tell. I am so impressed by the upkeep of this place involving the safety of their tenants after the storm. Bravo!"

"The apartments could use new cabinets and updated appliances HOWEVER, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. The apartments and neighbors are quiet and even the weekends are peacful. Now, let's talk about the maintenance team... ...They are the best. 24 to 48 hour response time to fix ANYTHING. They are on the ball and they have always been courteous. The office quickly processes the work orders and the Maintenance team is 5 stars. (P.S. husky friendly)"

"Honestly, I would’ve probably given this place at least three to four stars because even though they were pretty run down and could use some serious upgrades, they weren’t horrible for the price. However after moving out and doing my best to leave it as clean as possible, I figured I would owe something just due to some random damages that occurred. However, I never received a call, a letter, a notice, an email saying I owed anything. Any other time there was something owed at another residence, they would call or mail a statement. And then today I get a collection‘s letter in the mail for an amount I would have gladly paid had I found out. And you clearly had my new address because the collections agency did. It’s shady and unnecessary!! I see another review saying the same thing. It’s pretty gross to do that to people."

"VERY CLEAN, NICE APARTMENTS. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT IS NEEDING A CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE PLAE TO LIVE."
