"I lived here for over 4 years and very friendly office staff. Martha helped me get in as soon as possible. I have no complaints about maintenance. You can't beat an all bills paid apartment complex! They have monthly events for adults and children! They definitely care about families. Master Bedroom was huge where you could fit two king size beds in it."

"I have been living at Heatherstone Apartments for going on 2 years now and in my time living here I have grown to really love the ladies and gentlemen who work @ the office to the men who handle all of the Maintenance issues within the complex. Each time I have ever had to put in a maintenance request Martha has always been incredible @ getting one of her Maintenance workers to come by and take care of any issue(s ) I may be having . The Maintenance guys are as good as you will find and they always do a superb job of taking care of whatever the issue is that I may be having. Martha, the Leasing Manager has always been extremely nice and always treated me with the utmost respect, if anyone is looking for a place to live these apartments would be an excellent choice as you will love the place if you have young kiddoes, the office always has different activities for the kids throughout the year and their are plenty of kids to make friends with, there is hardly any crime if any At all that occurs here and we have around the clock security , and a very nice pool , laundry machines in each building, several on-site pop machines , bus routes that are only a couple blocks away , a swing set area for the little kids to play on, food and grocery stores nearby, a bar directly across the street for the adults , and just an all around great place to call home from the friendly people who work here to the friendly people who also live here. I love Living here and I am glad to be a Heatherstone tenant! Keep up the Great Work Martha and Staff!!!! Take it from me that if you are looking for a place to call home and @ a reasonable price then give the Ladies and Gentleman @ Heatherstone a shot bc I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!"

"Heatherstone apartments is a community of good people and great staff. We recently had a really bad storm that blew a roof off and Miss Martha broke her back trying to accommodate everyone's needs and that roof was fixed in no time at all. The buildings and grounds are always clean and I feel safe enough to walk around no matter the time of day. I truly wouldn't want to live anywhere else."

"We lived here for 3 years, we had to move because black mold everywhere, roaches, mice, rats and bed bugs moving from other units. Drug dealers park out front, lots of fentanyl! Martha in main office is so rude and dismissive. Worst place to live!"

"I’m going on living here for over a year now and they have been nothing but great! They are ideal for someone like myself who prefers all in one bill!! It really is in a good area with easy access to highway 169 and Hicks park! More pros than cons! They fix things almost immediately and communicate on a timely manner! Double thumbs up!"
