"My building is literally falling in! These apartments are a last resort option. The staff is inept. Infested with pests bc they don't spray or mow. They've entered my apartment 2x unannounced while I was showering. Lots of drugs & shootings. Unkempt grounds. Laundry open ONLY Mon-Fri 8-4. Very inconvenient for working individuals."

"This place is literally pounded and very unsafe. Lots of fighting and gunshots all times of the night. Strangers knocking on our door at 3am yelling. That's just the outside. Very old apartments dated and poorly kept. Lots of drug activity anf lots of domestic fighting and police. The police try to do what they can buy this part of town is infested with crime and violence. Then apartment was dirty and had a horrible lingering musty smell it's very old. The management can't telly be honest about it cause it's dangerous and unhealthy. They leave responses to act like they care but they really don't. They are better at replying to reviews than they are at taking care of their residents. This entire part of tulsa is now dangerous and very violent. Lots of shady traffic at night also gunshots."

"They let people stay that shoot guns outside. They let people stay that get into physical fights that cause the police to show up but if your white you can't even get into a verbal argument with anyone without being kicked out. Not to mention it is infested with mice. I would not recommend this place to my enemies if I had any."

"My mother Has mice, roaches and random big bugs like crazy has said several things and nothing has changed nasty place. My mothers is not the problem either she hates being dirty and mice over all but it’s a cheap price with all bills payed so you get what you pay for if you want all this to save money then come over"
