"The office ladies are great they answer any questions I have. The management is awesome. Maintenance is fast. I had my AC go out late at night and it was fixed within 24 hours of the work order being placed. No bugs/ rodents. The people are quiet. Highly recommend!"

"New post I had an absolutely positive experience with Stormy Leonard, the maintenance technician.Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care. Previous Post I needed my washer replaced and it was scheduled for Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call 30 minutes later and I was told that our property manager (Ms. Brionna) and her assistant (Ms. Nina) were on the way to my apartment to replace it. They are both doing a good job looking after the needs of their tenants."
"Hello Woodland Oaks Apartments! We have an extremely positive review about Stormy Leonard, the Maintenance Technician on duty after hours last night. The knob on the tub was broken and the water would not cut off. We called the emergency line and Stormy responded quickly. He came by and we explained that the stem part needed was on order by the previous repairman. But Stormy creatively, found a way to fix the defective knob, stopped our water from running and saved us from having to pay a ton of money on our water bill. He also took the initiative to repair the broken shower head. Words can't express our profound gratitude and how much his great care meant to our entire family. We absolutely love Stormy!!! Our tub and shower work great!!! Very compitent work, We couldn't be happier!!!"
"I have lived in Woodland Oaks for 3 1/2 years now. I had a kitchen outlet that wasn’t working. Stormy, my maintenance technician, was amazing! He fixed the outlet, and subsequently, got the dishwasher working that hasn’t worked since I moved into the my third unit here (had to downsize after my son moved out)! He is the first maintenance technician I’ve encountered that has a top notch work ethic and truly cares about the residence and taking care of our property! He even swept the kitchen floor after he was finished! I’m so glad he’s here!"
