"Had a 1 bedroom apartment. 600 a month as of January 2022. No modern AC. You cannot set the temperature, it's either on or off. There is only cool/hot depending on the time of year. Most vents are not set up to use filters. Coaxial set up for internet was unusable. Download speed was fine but upload speed was barely 1mbps. The bathroom appliances were very old too. The toilet required me to hold down the lever for about 10 seconds to completely flush. Every room has old built in cabinets. They are well built but look very dated. The kitchen appliances were very old too. The fridge was very loud and I often turned it off to have some silence. The oven, despite being from the 60's, admittedly worked great! There is a garbage disposal. The price cannot be beat. Otherwise, a miserable environment."

"We loved living here the 2 years we did. We moved in, in 2020 and we are not signing another lease but only because we want to start having kids. Deville Apartments are such a quiet drama free peaceful living space. And the manager is a very funny but stern woman and she does her job well."

"I am so lucky I found this apartment! Great location. Maintenance is handled quickly. In over a year just needed a couple minor things handled. Manager Robin is fantastic. Always greets you by name. "The only good thing about this place is that it's all bills paid in Brookside. My bad, there are 2 good things, the second being the location. Outside of that, there are absolutely no amenities. There is an on-site laundry facility that was just redone... 5 washers and 5 dryers to service 104 apartments. The manager that took over last fall started out great, but that has quickly changed. She has absolutely nothing better to do than to sit in her newly remodeled apartment and nit pick everyone else. All while 1 of the burners on my stove can't decide when it wants to work or not. I have had to have maintenance out to fix my tub at least a dozen times since I moved in nearly 3 years ago. My tub, toilets, sinks, stove and vent hood are all older than I am. When they raised our rent back at the beginning of the year, I was hoping some upgrades would happen...nope, just the manager's apartment. Worst decision I made was renewing my lease."
