"I enjoy living here very much. It is listed as a senior community. Which it is not. Although 20 percent of the apartments here are 55 and under which I do not have a problem with. It's in this 20 percent group that children are living. So you have seniors mixed in with children. But other than that it is quiet. well maintained and great place to live with activities. I am glad I moved here."

"This community used to be wonderful. My sister has lived here for five years and has to move because the maintenance and the administration does not care for their apartments, nor their residents. Black mold was documented and supposedly cleaned after she was sick for three weeks in this apartment. The rent is more than $1200 a month. This picture depicts exactly what it looks like today she was without air conditioning four days because of this incident. They are not in a hurry to do anything. The stench from the mold from the wet ceiling is unbearable."

"5400 South is a lovely place to spend your retirement years where you are close to shopping and doctor appointments. The apartments are clean, spacious and well maintained. There are activities you can join in the Club House including monthly luncheons and get togethers with friends. The pool is beautiful during the summer months and well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful with manicured trees and lovely flowers throughout the seasons. The surroundings are quiet and a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our managers, Cynthia and Tawnya, are excellent and do an outstanding job making sure we are happy, safe and secure in our apartments.
