"I am not entirely moved in, but the property is serene and beautiful even in Winter. Looking forward to many days walking in the spacious dog park. Maintenance is very prompt, and the office staff is wonderfully helpful. I have met some of my neighbors, and they seem very nice. Kirk was quick and efficient to diagnose and repair the problems. A great place to live."

"One of the best things about Heatherwood Apartments is their maintenance crew. I asked Terry whether anything could be done about my shower's water pressure; it seemed to have dropped off considerably. Within an hour, he and Randy had not only solved that problem, they'd cleared my drain as well! Fast, professional, masked, and just sweet people. 5 star I’m trying to post a second review but there doesn’t seem to be a Space for it. Terri again recently fixed my toilet, gave me new toilet tissue holders, and replaced a stained ceiling tile. Even though these weren’t urgent issues, it’s so nice to have my place kept looking up to par. Terri always has a smile and a cheerful word, even under that mask. Efficient and pleasant! Thanks again."

"Heatherwood has always been a beautiful property—built on what once was a riding stables, nestled among dozens of tall trees, established landscaping, two swimming pools. Though I’ve lived here only five years, I always admired it. There was a stretch of time when the upkeep became too much for the previous owner. However, the new owner and management company have the horse under them! I love it here. It’s quiet, people are friendly, and you couldn’t ask for a nicer or more responsive management team. The grounds are rapidly returning to their former glory. I’m here to stay."
