"Nothing but the best of reviews for Vantage on Yale. Kyara in the leasing office helped us navigate a tricky move in from a below standard previous apartment situation. She went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I get into our new unit in a timely manner. We did move in and have small issues, nothing major. These issues were dealt with in a timely manner by the maintenance staff who came 3 times within 24 hours to fix our water heater issue, showing a timely response. They also were courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone in the South Tulsa area to take a look at this complex. You cannot beat the view from the top of the hill."
"My partner and I just moved from Chicago for a work opportunity, and after dealing with another nightmare apartment complex, I can confidently say that Vantage is an excellent place to call home. Not only did Kyara and the team go above and beyond to get us moved in quickly and smoothly, but the post-move in service has been equally impressive. When we moved in, our unit didn’t have hot water. After disclosing this, they not only took us seriously, but they also quickly sent maintenance up to our unit to make sure that the water heater was fixed. Speaking of maintenance, the maintenance team here is also very courteous, professional, and prompt when responding to maintenance calls. The views are excellent, the staff are friendly & responsive, and the unit we secured is wonderful to say the least! Additionally, the grounds are well lit at night, providing an added feeling of security when you walk your fuzzy friends. We look forward to a long and pleasant tenancy ❤️"
"This apartment complex is lazy when the weather is bad they take forever to clear the hill. Tenants actually do have jobs that we need to attend in order to pay for rent, we shouldn’t have to fear wrecking our cars or fear for our lives in order to get to work. My car actually slid down the hill backwards, almost going into oncoming traffic. Due to their negligence people are ruining their cars by sliding into curbs or hitting each other like we’re playing bumper cars. The sidewalks are slick and dangerous just walking out your apartment, you’ll most likely slip and fall. They don’t answer the phones to report any issues. I also had a leak in my apartment that was coming from upstairs, water leaked all in my apartment, water was even leaking from the light switch and they did nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to live here. They also overcharge you on your water bill, I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and my water bill is always $190 or more that’s ridiculous, they won’t give you the number to the water company or whoever reads their meters. They told me the water bill is divided by the number of occupants in your unit and everyone that that lives in your building. That’s nonsense they’re always trying to find a way to make extra money. The apartments are not worth the price. My dryer went out and they ordered a new one and left it on my patio, so I had to install my own dryer."
"Listen, you need to read this before you sign anything. Trust me. I moved from Savannah, GA to Tulsa, OK for a work transfer opportunity. I contacted the property about renting one of their renovated units, put in my application, paid my fees and communicated my lease term and price with one agent, Titus. Another agent, Monica, rushed me through the signing of my lease when I actually arrived and puts the wrong date on the lease and agreed that she would fix it afterwards. She quits a month later and management gave me a very hard time about honoring what she told me, that I would only be held liable for the 6 month lease I agreed to. New management of the complex completely disregarded email proof of the discrepancy and charged me early termination fees equal to two months rent. My apartment flooded when I was out of town because of a faulty pipe, and they tried to hide it when they attempted to dry it up!! Their maintenance crew left a hot mess behind and stole some of my belongings. Crock Pot, Keurig, Bath and Body works merchandise I purchased for family and an expensive lantern lamp WERE ALL STOLEN. My car was broken into. The mail room door is wide open. The women in the office, regardless of how courteous, cheerful and patient you are with them, will look at you like you are a clear bother to them whenever you walk in. I don’t care where else you go, but DO NOT move to Vantage on Yale. Trust me."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is awfully rude and unprofessional. My roommates and I signed our lease for May 1st two months in adavnce but management allowed the people that were living in the apartment we were supposed to move into stay longer because their moving plans were not finalized meanwhile we were graduating and needing the apartment that day and we signed the leasing agreement for THAT DAY. Management convinced the family to move out the morning of our leasing agreement and expected us to move into an unclean apartment, so we asked for cleaners to come (which should not even be a question) and they told us some were on their way, but we get to the apartment and see an apartment desk lady vacuuming our apartment with her home vacuum. We have had TWO apartment leaks that have ruined coaches and full apartments and was NOT reimbursed for damaged items and also was unable to get out of the lease, while apartment was not safe to live in because of the damage and mildew, so meanwhile having to find places to stay while waiting on the apartment that I was paying for (even during the damage and unlivable conditions). We were moved into a new apartment a week and a half later and were supposed to have help from movers that the apartments hired and the movers never showed up so we had to move all of our stuff ourselves. Now living in the new apartment for 20 days we have had another leak, even though people came to “check the pipes” two days ago so these things don’t happen, but here we are and management tells us “well the guys we hired must’ve not have done there job” …. OBVIOUSLY! Do not move here! Awful experience!"
