"I was only living here 4months tryna get on my girlfriend lease an her auntie supposedly was the manger at this establishment and whenever the girl told me no I couldn’t sign the lease she said her parents were co signers an they came in while I’m naked sleep telling me too leave touching my things putting it outside the door then the girl friend &“mother” she let my dog run loose out the apartment telling me too shoo stop loitering an I had barely got all my things and the office supposedly banned me an said they’ll arrest me for trespassing tryna get my things and I found that extremely prejudice I couldn’t talk too anyone too help me retrieve my items or the office"

"My daughter paid them off after moving out and 2yrs later my daughter wanted to get another apt and the office gave her a bad rating. Called the office and the lady was rude there and would not give me corporates number and would not answer the phone. Very rude and disrespectful office staff. Would not recommend"

"I would say that this is my second maintenance request and I am really impressed with how fast it got resolved. I have no complaints on the work that was done. While he was here I did bring a few other things up and he fixed them without questions. Explained a lot of really valuable information to my spouse and I. The only thing that I do have to complain about is even tho our AC is now running. It still doesn’t feel like it’s working properly. He got here mid to late afternoon yesterday and informed us that the unit wasn’t even turned on. So he turned it on and even waited inside with us to make sure that it was at least doing its job. When he thought it was good he left without any further problems. He informed us that it would take a little time to get the house cooled down. At 11 pm after having the ac running all day, the thermostat was still reading higher then it was before it was turned on. He turned it on ac and set it to 67. We left it running all day. The apartment went from 73 degrees to 77 degrees. Thankfully it was cold last night and we left the door open in order to cool it down. Other then that this complex is amazing. The apartments are nice for the price no bugs or anything of that nature."

"My new apartment just smells like cigarettes. Otherwise, it’s good! UPDATE: I changed my review as the management team have been really help and quick to work out the issues. There are residence who smoke in their homes, which have been come through my vents. Management has done very well to work with me to prevent the smell in my home."
