"Place needs to be under investigation when it comes to handling people's rent money. Church has paid 3 months in advance while my dad has kept paying every month and they never told him when it was paid. Somehow he is only 160 dollars ahead?!?!?!? How math doesn't add up. I will definitely be contacting many different people to have these worker's do their job professionally. They are supposed to look out for mentally ill people not take advantage of them by taking their money. Something seems off and I want them looked at. I will contact news stations if I need to!"

"The Yale Apartments is a community if mentally ill people and homeless veterans. It is one of the best public housing programs in the country. It sets the bar or standard for all other public housing programs. The Apartments offer almost everything a resident could want. It's a three storey building and is located in a almost private type all to it's self setting. The Apartments offer a small in house library for residents . It also has a computer lab allowing computer access to residents. They have free Wi-Fi for residents that have their own computer tablet or smart phone giving them internet access. There is a laundry room with new washers and dryers that saves residents from having to try to go to a laundry mat. They also have a in house mail box area that keeps residents from having to go outside in the weather to receive their mail. They have a workout room with exercise bikes and workout weights. There are a couple different outside courtyards for residents to enjoy. On Tuesdays they have a Bible class for residents. Residents can cook their own meals or for a small fee that's added to the monthly rent they can eat 3 good health meals everyday in the in house cafeteria and dining room. They have a good maintenance man and the building g is kept up very nicely. The grounds are landscaped so that the property is clean beautiful and relaxing. Through the week they have sever community programs that come in and offer a variety of services to the residents. It's a safe place for everyone. All visitors must sign in and out at the front desk as soon as they enter the building. They also have a state of the art security camera monitoring system that lets property management see everything that happens on the property. They have 2 elevators for residents. There is a conference room for studies or meetings. There also is a common area with a big t v for residents to socialize and enjoy. The property is located such that it offers bus service and has a Sonic and a Quick trip convenience store, across the street and offers access to the highway as well. In conclusion The Yale Apartments offers a all in one housing experience for people that need it the most."
