Eagle Point Apartments

"I lived there shortly for maybe 6 months. My first ever apartment. It was all good at the beginning. No big issues besides roaches and a few things that needed fixed as soon as I moved in. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, hot water in the shower wasn’t on, just little things which they did fix (where the 2 stars come from). After awhile it seemed the things that I needed fixed, like my ac, wasn’t getting fixed. I couldn’t reach the office and it became a hassle. The roaches were no biggie I assume most places have them. But they made me move all my things out of my kitchen for them to do a deep spray. Which is what I asked for. Maybe a week later. Got the same notice on my door about them doing another deep spray. I didn’t have time to move my things and they charged me. Not too big of an issue, whatever. Then it comes to me reaching the end of my lease and I didn’t want to continue. Got CHARGED FOR NOT CLEANING THE APARTMENT!!! My mom and I deep cleaned the apartment and I took very good care so nothing was messed up. Never got that money back and I feel it shows very well how not to run things. If you gotta scam your customers for money then maybe change things up. :/"

"This apartment complex is great, Calling the office for any maintenance request always answering the phone with helping always ready available. Lexi, Jessica, Ashley, always makes sure everyone in my complex is safe and happy with everything equipped in the complex. Would recommend for anyone wanting to move here. Great prices and professional personnel all around."

"I lived here for only a short term before I moved, but it’s really a super good apartment complex. The maintenance man was spectacular. Anytime I had a problem which weren’t too many but in the rare times that I did, they would always come with such urgency. Definitely recommend!!"

There was a small snag when i first arrived for my apartment but everything was worked out by the Manager and I really appreciate what they’ve done for me. I highly recommend this apartment complex."

"Overpriced and the women in the office are quick to be rude with residents. Make you pay for amenities like valet trash, and Internet, when the trash barely gets picked up, and the Internet sucks. Water lines have broken multiple times resulting in Eagle Point inflating all of the residents bills. Including mine and I was gone almost the whole month but my bill was 3X the amount… you pay for pest control and you still see bugs in your clean apartment. This place is a joke and I can’t wait till my lease is up. Also, no one ever answers the phone in the office. Do better."
