"South slope, you have been our favorite apartment complex in all of Tulsa! Not only is it ran by management that goes above and beyond, but the neighbours are part of the most genuine and kind community ever. Unfortunately, we’re moving out of Tulsa so we can’t stay any longer. But we’re definitely leaving with heavy hearts. We lucked out being able to stay in this highly coveted apartment complex because this is truly a place that you’ll find yourself renewing your lease over and again because of how well it’s ran. Jesse, you are the best apartment manager we’ve ever had the chance to live under! Thank you for being awesome, hilarious and genuinely caring about this beautiful community!"

"I've lived at southslopes for 6 years and I hated it in the beginning, going through different managements. They finally found a good team with Jesse running the property and Jason with maintenance. All my maintenance work is done in a timely manner. I sometimes think Jason is working too hard, Great job. I love where I am and have no problems except with gate. Now I must leave because rent I can't afford anymore and everything else is higher or lower quality. You will love the community and the down home feeling where everyone has your back and lookout for one another."

"Really wanted to tour and see what was available. I'm starting to think these are not staffed regularly. Left several voicemails and sent several emails through apps saying I was interested. I stopped by months ago and spoke to a nice man (still had a few months left on my lease) and he didn't have anything coming up at the time. Was willing to go month to month at my current place while I waited on something. No call back. No email. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about Dixon and I'm starting to wonder why they don't just sell the place and let a company that would actually care run the place. Very disappointed. Had been eye balling these for years. There was a very sweet lady running the place years ago when I first toured. I think her name was Jade. You guys should bring her back. I really think these apartments have potential. Fingers crossed someone buys them out and fixes the place up and brings some customer service as well."

"I've been at this property now for 3 years, and what a great spot it has been. The location is next to perfect. It is easy to get to the essentials like groceries, shopping and entertainment. No matter where I am with my work it's never a far commute. The staff and maintenance is quick to respond to calls and the property is always nice and clean."

"6/19 4 property managers in 4 years.That speaks volumes. Each year a new property manager would comes in promising that they're going to turn the place around. So a few of us would decided to stay. But the property managers all left within a year. Now 4 years later and 4 property managers the place has fallen into disarray. As of June 2019 the 4th property manager Connie came in and this time no promises of fixing the place up or trying to boost morale were made. Sadly she made it loud and clear that she was here to manage the books and collect rent not to fix this place up.. She's not even interested in making the needed repairs of the individual apartment as promised now in some case 4 years ago.I guess we should be thankful to her because now we all know there are no plan to fix the place up. By now it would take a major investment to renovate all that needs to be done. So it's time to leave.This place is running off of it's replication of 4 years ago. Please don't be fooled I don't recommend this place.."
