"Two year lease, well maintained units, manager lives on site, maintenance services are well known local companies, unlimited hot water system. First place I've rented from where I didn't regret it at some point. Never any bugs, though they spray routinely. Grounds regularly maintained, and pet friendly. The cons are, that it is a cement and asphalt landscape, you'll hear every movement from the 61st intersection, and indeed you'll hear the occasional collision. The old folks home next door has a least six emergency vehicles, sirens blaring, roar by every single day, and the wooded area behind the old Shadow Mountain Kiddy Jail hosts transients, who tend to be active in warmer weather. Occasionally the kitchen staff at Talleys get into an argument that spills out in the parking lot also. Perfect for a weirdo like myself to live!"
