"Such a great location with most of my favorite things within walking distance. I like community events and being able to meet new people. The staff is amazing and make it feel very homey!"
"We did a ton of research and looked at several properties before deciding on Metro @ Brady. Living here has been everything we hoped it would be!! It has been home since the first day."
"Being a resident of the Metro has been a huge blessing as I got acclimated to living in Tulsa. The location is ideal as it has allowed me to explore nightlife, sports and weekend festivals in the Downtown area. It's also a very welcoming community - I have made great connections with several of my neighbors and had a very safe experience in the building. I'm very sad to be leaving in 2022, as I would prefer to stay longer if not for circumstances."
"The previous reviews lack detail. I have lived at the metro at brady x 2 years. Here’s a real review! First the management is very nice and Rachel is great, however this place sucks. It’s extremely overpriced, it cost me $1996 a month for a 2 bedroom. If you pay rent later than the second of the month they charge you a fifty dollar late fee. You have to take your own trash downstairs bc there is no chute. The neighbors below me complain constantly that they can hear me walking, WALKING! How cheap was this place built? The elevator is so slow, it takes 45 seconds to go from the first to fifth floor. There are bums in the dumpster area, my car was hit in the parking lot and broken into TWICE, of note there are no cameras where my car was in the parking lot, they’re only at the entrances. In case you’re wondering, my car was parked in the locked parking lot while broken into twice. The cabinets are falling apart and the floor is made from fake wood panels. My neighbor had a pipe burst in her ceiling and the owner was so unfriendly she moved out, literally moved out bc of his lack of consideration (she told me directly). I’m waiting for some of the other buildings in the nearby area to finish construction so I can move in there. In summary look into other places first."
"I’ve lived here since it opened. I have absolutely no complaints. The Brady district is full of good restaurants, music venues, and bars. Being retired, I rarely use my car. Now that grocery stores are opening here I’ll use it even less. The pool is always clean and large parties are very rare. The apartments are large and well appointed. Same with the bathrooms and closets. Covered parking is available."
