"APT 3146! UPDATE: Michelle, called me 15 minutes after seeing this review. She stated she would have the regional manager come over and look at my apartment with her. She begged me several times on the phone call to remove the review. She said if they ended up seeing roaches, they would let me out of my lease early (with no consequences). BUT, I still would have to pay a termination fee. I was informed I would get my deposits back. So the next day, I called Michelle, I asked if they found anything and what the decision would be. Because at this point, I still couldn’t stay in my apartment. She informed me they would be releasing me from my lease. BUT I have to pay daily out of my deposit until someone is moved in. I thought this was ridiculous, as I’ve already paid my termination fee. Comes around to last week, she informs me that a new resident would be moving in the 18th. AWESOME, so the money out of my deposit will stop now then right? NOPE, she sent me a statement showing that they charged me rent through the 18th. Which used every bit of my deposit, and I owe $50 now to them as well. This place is an absolute joke. I threw away 10+ trash bags of my belongings, because they were covered in roach feces and ROACHES. Don’t waste your time and money here. To the new resident, I hope you see this - the apartment number is 3146!! RUN. I have been here since November. I found my first two roaches a month ago, and let management know. They took a week to come and spray, which gives them plenty of time to spread. They came to spray, and I did not see anymore for a couple of weeks. I then went on a week vacation, and came back 07/17/2023. Upon walking into my apartment, I was greeted with SEVERAL roaches in my apartment. They were in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and my bedroom on the walls! I immediately went down to management, and informed them of what I found. I also took pictures to show the manager, Michelle, and she did not want to see the pictures. It took me emailing them directly to her to even see them, and I got a "Wow!" back in response. I asked what she was going to do, and she said she would come spray the next day. She also informed me that the tenant next door is probably the cause of my issue, and that they were moving out the next day. Why would they let tenants keep their apartment in such a state?? I have her and the exterminator on camera, not spraying the entire apartment and stating they found a roach behind my oven. I have not been able to stay at my apartment since finding them 07/17. I gave the apartment a day to soak in the pesticide he did spray, and came back on Friday, 07/21. I walked in and did not see any big ones, except for the fact they are hiding under my baseboards so I wouldn't see them anyways. I was greeted by baby roaches this day under my kitchen, in my closet, and on my bed! YUCK!! I went back down to the office, and told Michelle about the baby roaches and stated I have photos for her to view. She refused, and stated she did not see any roaches when they sprayed. I have her on video with the exterminator, finding the roach behind my oven! I told her they were in my clothes, and on my bed, and that I am still having to stay elsewhere. She states she did not see them so she cannot do anything. I called Myan Management Group to report this situation, and the region manager Laurie calls me today 07/24. I told her the issue, and she states that because they did not see them they cannot do anything. I told her that this is ridiculous, and demanded for me to be let out of my lease and was told she cannot do that without consequences to myself. She states the exterminator is coming back Thursday, and will report if he sees anything. I told her I would be reporting this entire company and complex to the BBB. That did not seem to phase her, as there are already other reviews on the BBB website for this company. Please stay away from this complex, and save yourself the trouble. I am stuck having to stay elsewhere, and am going to be stuck with replacing my belongings."
"Not sure where to start. I was excited to move into these apartments because they looked very nice. My boyfriend’s experience with the property manager didn’t start well. He showed up when they were supposed to open. He sat there till 9:30 and somebody finally showed up. He walked in, asked his question and was pretty much blown off. I ended up having to call the office with is hit and miss if you get through and got the information I needed. Okay awesome. Move in day came which is stressful enough. Got into the apartment and it was absolutely gross. Nothing had been cleaned, plates from the last tenants were in the cabinet and the GNATS were out of control and still are. Thankfully the LOVELY Cameron who works up front was a rock star. If it wasn’t for her I probably would have had a melt down. Cleaning people showed up literally as we are moving stuff in. They got nasty with me saying they cleaned. I pointed out the literally grease, dirt and unknown nasty. Oh the kicker was the dead gnats in the freezer and fridge. They kinda cleaned but honestly just wanted them out. So I get to deep clean on top of unpacking. Don’t let this prevent you from moving in. Mistakes happen but still wait on the property manager to at least come apologize for everything considering it’s her job to make sure this doesn’t happen."
"No stars if applicable. This place is a joke. Nothing positive about this place but it was a place to live for half a year. We signed a lease at least a month before our actual move in and on our move in day, the fridge was outside in a box and the manager at the time (Alex) had us help him bring it in and set it up. He was also doing last minute sweeping of the apartment. As we were doing our walk through, the entire apartment was stained and dirty and one of the toilets was constantly running. The toilet story is incredibly long but in the end, the manager that had taken over, Grace, had the audacity to call my family the “toilet people” because the toilet had ran for months after putting in a work order and was not resolved. The water bill was about $900 each month for about 4 months and fortunately after trying to make us pay half, the whole bill had been paid for but the situation could have been avoided. Aside from that mess, the apartments and mailboxes are not in correlation. Unit 2600 could be next to 1000. Same as the mail boxes. Due to the numbers being so confusing the mail couriers will leave packages at the front office and the front office will not call about packages, nor hold them. At this current time, I see that they have 4 stars and I’m shocked. When we arrived, residents that helped us find our apartment (because the office didn’t show us) had only told us poor things. I am fortunate I was able to purchase a home but I highly advise to avoid this place."
"The apartments look good and have a nice layout. Eagerly fixed or remedied any issue found on move in. Modern appliances and fixtures. Note: I do not live there but my daughter does. That is why there is no record of me living there. I'm not sure why it's a big deal to call this out when I posted a good review? I hope it's not a sign that the management changes attitude after moving in. I don't have to live there to post a review. If the management doesn't like my review I'll gladly change it. (This note was added because apparently the management looked up the names of recent reviews yesterday and felt it necessary to state they never lived there.)"
"The management here is AMAZING, and super friendly! They worked with us at every step of the leasing process- we had so many outside issues arise, and they were incredibly helpful through every single one. The complex itself is also gorgeous, and is newly built! The pool looks fantastic, as do all the other amenities here. The apartment itself is also stunning. All stainless steel modern appliances, granite countertops, everything about this place says luxury. If you're debating making this your new home, do it! You won't regret it!"
