"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I have sent in multiple inquires about how gross the rooms were (with photos included) and they have done nothing about it. Do not waste your money on this place."

"Overall this was a nice stay. Was told no animals allowed by front attendant. So our service animals stayed somewhere else for the night. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds are a little tall for my height."

"Stayed 2 nights after long drive from another state. Elevator did not work, no Ice on all three floors, and shower ran continuously. Wish we could have gotten out of our online reservations. Not friendly or hospitable. Plus, breakfast sucked, eggs were rubbery and sausage tasted terrible. Will never stay there again. Was not dog friendly and charged at the end of our stay an extra $200, when we saw other people with dogs as well. At least the beds were comfortable but everything else was bad, so all-in-all, DON'T STAY AT COMFORT INN IN SHERMAN, TEXAS!"

"We checked in Saturday October 7, 2023 after a very long and tiring drive and in need of stress freed comfort and accommodations. The toilet was broken,also the desk chair, and I couldn’t connect to the Internet. Kudos to the magnificent front desk clerk! She connected my iPad to the server, immediately switched us rooms with friendly and professional service. We’ve stayed here previously and we shall again."

"You can't have a dilapidated hotel AND charge $140 a night. I can accept that a hotel isn't nice but charging nice hotel prices just isn't right. The entire hotel has an unpleasant smell. The walls and doors haven't been painted or cleaned in decades. The walls of the elevator are peeling off. The doorframes are busted. There are live and dead crickets EVERYWHERE. Hallways, poolroom , personal rooms. The room smelled like urine. The breakfast wasn't fit for a dog. The pool has dirt at the bottom. The bedding did appear to be clean, and that is the only decent thing that can be said. This is a $60 room at best."
