"The person at the front has changed about 3-4 times in the 4 months we’ve been here, recently got new owners.. not sure if that’s a good thing or not.. they don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails, they don’t call back after voicemails were left. Its been 2 weeks since pest control put a tag on doors saying there were coming on Tuesday between 3-5, no date was written.. and the office doesn’t seem to know when they’re coming?!? But our cats have to be put up when they come, I’m not locking our cats in a room every Tuesday until they come. Since the new owners, the portal wasn’t working, which I get cause they just bought .. but they should have been prepared and had things ready, the decision to not have everything ready, or to have their ducks in a row and have people who know what their doing effects everyone. Then the portal was working but the water bill wasn’t added to rent like it normally is, had to pay in money order, now rent hasn’t even posted, and we didn’t pay last months water bill because it wasn’t with the rent, so hopefully it doesn’t get shut off. The maintenance guy didn’t fixed the cracked ceiling.. 2-3 weeks after putting in the maintenance request, it was no longer leaking. We told him it was just a crack in the ceiling and it was bubbled and he said ok and walked away.. he never came back. And the request was marked as completed.. There is still a crack in the ceiling, and it’s still bubbled where it was leaking, it’s starting to smell really weird in there, kinda like mold. The windows were already growing mold, I cleaned them a few times but it keeps growing back. Told the maintenance guy, and he said it’s because the windows aren’t double pane and the only way he could “fix it” was to seal the window … seal it shut so it can’t be opened. They’re hardly in the office and the person that’s up front now I swear she’s out back smoking and has the door locked more than she’s actually doing her job. Their communication is terrible and this is probably the only way to get them to answer, let’s see what they say. UPDATE After telling them how the apartment smelled musty, bad. I was told someone would come and fix the crack in the roof on Friday 3/1/2024. No one ever came. We went to take the ac cover off and it fell off the wall because all that was holding it to the wall was paint. And the pictures attached is what was inside… when we called the maintenance line, we were told it’s only an emergency if it’s over 85 degrees outside and there’s no ac, can’t use the ac because of how dirty it is and the danger it could put us in. When the maintenance guy called back, he said it was the tenants responsibility to change the ac filter, but when we moved in, we were told not to touch the ac or hot water heater covers because we would be responsible if something went wrong. Then he tried to say that it’s insulation on the inside.. I wasn’t aware insulation was black and green."

"We were showed a totally different apartment than what we actually got moved into, we were told that if we paid a certain amount of money then the apartments that we had a lived in before would be paid in full. That never happened. We were constantly having to call in complaints about the neighbors 2 big dogs barking All of the time. We couldn't have company over or even watch television because the dogs were so loud.we had to make several complaints about the neighbors leaving their trash outside their apartments door causing ants and smells. We even cleaned their leaky bags up off the concrete.We were told to also take pictures of it and we did. We were wrongfully evicted! We followed the rules to the best of our knowledge and we had to call in serval times a week in order to get service orders completed! And the first time someone complained about us getting a little bit loud we got evicted. Causing us to not be able to find anywhere to live in the future.The reason we got behind on rent was due to the fact that our service orders and complaints were not being addressed at all! And the 2 managers that were working in the office at the time were rude to us every time we had a conversation with them! At one point during a service order call we were even told... "Well I don't know what to tell you!" I guarantee this Post will go unseen and untouched because sorry people don't care about anyone else but themselves and can't do their jobs/ careers correctly!"

"Maintenance crew is awesome! I think it’s only like 2-3 of them that work this whole property and every time I submit an issue they are always on top of things!! Thank you guys y’all deserve some type of raise or bonus or something!! It’s extremely cold right now and y’all are still working hard!"

"I just wanted to recognize the maintenance man that had helped me on Sunday with my fridge. It wouldn't fit at first and instead of giving up he went out bought a part and came to fit it! I really appreciate the hardworking maintenance crew that y'all have hired. Abraham has also gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I remember moving in as a single mom didn’t even know how to put up my curtains or replace the shower head by myself. He offered to do it for me. I really appreciate them."
