"We chose this place for the $50 price, but it was not worth the savings. It has absolute minimal maintenance, everything looked like it was about to fall apart. You can do a lot better for a bit more money."

"Staff is horribly rude. The maintenance man sticks his finger places it shouldn't be. I once gave a homeless girl safe harbour in my room, she knocked on my door and asked for water so i ket her in. Because i did that the maintenance man had me black listed from the property. I believe his name is Carlos. Horrible person Carlos is."

"My family & I travelled to Sherman for a funeral. We booked 3 non-refundable rooms last minute. After booking what appeared to be a nice hotel with a pool, we found in the fine print that the pool is not open. After checking in we find the hotel to be older and there are dead crickets everywhere. One of our rooms had bugs all over the bathroom counter and all over the window. There were stains on the towels. The air conditioning cooled but not well. The fitness room was dirty & has broken equipment. Be aware there is no elevator but did not affect us. We will not stay here again and do not recommend. Very disappointing."

"ROACHES. Both in the not-refurbished room and the upgraded room. DISGUSTING. You only have 10 minutes in order to say anything for a refund. We didn't see anything until an hour after being in the room. No coffee. No shampoo. No amenities. Carpets dirty. Walls dirty. Smelled funny. I would not recommend a stay here unless you had no other choice."

"We had a family emergency and were driving all day. This was the first motel we saw. I could live with the motels run down condition but could not live with the blood on the sheets. A motel that does notgive you clean sheets is disgusting. It took me 3 showers to feel clean again. So drive by when you see this place!!!"
