"I would definitely recommend living here. Rent isn’t that bad, compared to most places in this area. Me and my husband enjoy it a lot, in fact anytime there is an issue or concern it gets taken care of same day which is really nice! Our apartment is really big for a one bedroom, and has a fireplace, with a big living room. The patio is huge, unlike most other apartments. We also get to park right in front of our apartment, it helps with all this weather changing lol."
"I'm Justin Moore and I currently live here with my wife. I love living here. Our one bedroom is large and quite roomy. We can fit alot in here and it's really nice."
"I am a current resident and my wife and I have not enjoyed our time at these apartments. Initially when we moved in everything seemed fine, I actually had a problem with the small toilet that was currently there and asked if they could replace it with an adult sized one and they got in done in 2 days; however, it's all been downhill from there. Dog poop everywhere. Plenty of dog owners who don't pick up after their dog and it's frankly disgusting. Trash can be on the ground for days before it gets cleaned up, at this time on the south side of the apartments, there's a stretch of sidewalk covered in kitty litter, and has been for months, and broken beer bottle shards that have been there for about two weeks. When my rent went up by about a hundred dollars I didn't realize it because the new price was abut what I was currently paying with all the extra fees, and the new price was the increased rent without the fees. So, about a hundred more a month because obviously they've made so many improvements to the property, but my fault for being surprised, should have read it more thoroughly when I renewed. Oh, and our mailbox has been perpetually broken since we moved in. They took a few months to fix it, mostly fixed, and now it's just a pain to get the key in and out and sometimes we have to bang the door so it sits flush enough to close it. Now all of this I can forgive, I can walk my dog elsewhere, and paying a hundred more a month is worth the price for not finding another apartment and moving at this time. What I can't forgive is that about 6 months ago I reported that I was having an issue with my door. Most of which is that the bottom sill wasn't sitting right and there were large gaps around the door. Three months later, no progress, finally start insisting that it gets fixed and about a month after that they say it's fixed. Well, now my door doesn't shut unless I slam it, so much fun for my neighbors I'm sure. And the sill plate is still wonky but I guess they didn't want someone professional to come out to fix it so... Now, I wouldn't care that it's more effort to close the door and that it's potentially disturbing, but it's currently 11 degrees outside and I have cold air coming in from everywhere. The door frame itself is leaking air, which is super weird, which I can only assume means that when they shimmed the door they didn't put in any insulation. You can still see light coming from around the door so it's still not a good seal despite the extra weather strips they added. I have cold air leaking in from the patio door and I am freezing in my living room despite the heat being around 75, it just can't keep up. The rest of the apartment is thankfully warm, and the condition of my feet is much improved with a space heater, but come on. Now unfortunately I don't have an infrared camera or I could really show off how the cold air is getting through the door, but I have included some photos for your perusal. Side Note 2: I can deal most most things inconvenient, don't like to bother people if I don't have to which is why I let three months pass before complaining again, but when I can sit in my apartment comfortably I'm a happy camper. But when my living room is as drafty as the garage I used to live in when I was 19 and the winter air was easily making it's way inside, there's a problem. I look forward to the copy paste response from management asking me to call to see what they can do to remedy this, or not and they can let this be a testament to when a soft spoken tenant has had enough. Heh, tenant testament."
"Do not apply at this apartment complex. My husband and I applied and unfortunately got denied. They are refusing to give the deposit fee back of 300.00 which is in direct violation of their application agreement. My husband is a disabled Veteran and I just had surgery, with Christmas and a fixed income, it’s just disappointing and discouraging that a company would do such a thing. Phyllis told us that it would take up to 30Days to receive the refund. After 30Days we were kicked to corporate, who passed us back to Phyllis, they have stopped returning our calls, they have not returned our voicemails, and they have ghosted us like a bad Tinder Date. If they are like this and we aren’t even tenants, I couldn’t imagine what they would be like living on property. Take your money elsewhere. Sketchy Business Practices."
"One of the worst apartment management experiences can be had here. Came to an agreement with Amber inside the office to end our lease with no issues, we had all our bases covered and after moving they decided to rent out our apt we had paid for, charge us fees, not return our deposits, and send us to collections all in one swoop right before the holidays. They later claimed we abandoned it, when we were told exactly what to do to avoid that - except one, the electricty, which was so convinent to not to be brought up whatsoever in our agreements. The few times I went to the laundry facilities they were always dirty, I found a washer with dog feces in it once, with worms. All the grass areas are covered in dog feces/urine and ant hills. When you are in the pool which is constantly unclean, all you smell is dog feces. Lots of leaking apartments, next to no warning for work orders, like roofing or painting. Multiple times we had debris from work done out for weeks at a time like nails and wood pieces. We originally were supposed to get a larger apartment which was not finished for another 2 months after we moved in. We were put into one with lots of defects, cabinets falling apart, warped floors, a very rusty dishwasher, mold behind toilets and in other areas. We were told that that's how most of the apartments were, so that says a lot. There are plenty of other places around this area popping up that you should explore before this one, beware of the front end staff. Very fake nice, literally tricked us into signing paperwork work that they happily acted like didn't matter later on to make more money during the holidays (off of a family may I add). They will purposely not go over stipulations with you to use it against you later on. BEWARE."
