There are a lot of apartment complexes in this town, but this complex offers the most bang for the buck!"

"My name is Debra Wood I have lived at raintree apartments here in Sherman since 2012 I am very satisfied with management and maintenance this is very safe place to live I can't see myself living anywhere else as a matter of fact I just signed a brand new lease I have been here for 12 years everything that has gone wrong with taking care of immediately and anyone that has negativity about this place really don't know what they're talking about if you want to save place to stay and to raise your children this will be the place I appreciate you Amber and staff and maintenance thank you for making my stay very comfortable sincerely Debra Wood"

"Moved here as a last resort and love it. Haven't had any problems with bugs. The water has been shut off several times but they send out an email usually the day before and it's back on when I get home. The only problem is the huge potholes. Love the staff!"

"I haven’t lived here super long, but this place definitely doesn’t deserve all the bad reviews. These apartments are older so yes, they come with normal problems just like everyone who has lived in apartments understands. However, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone here minds their business and goes on with their lives. If you know how Sherman in general is then I would definitely recommend this place!!! Sherman is know for being the most drunken city in Texas Lol! Just do your research and come take a tore. I think this place is great for the Price and is very local!!"

"Most awful apartment I've ever lived in so far. It is nowhere near worth the amount they charge for you to live there. They will respond at the last minute for issues to be fixed and have to be asked multiple times (for the exception of one maintenance worker who isn't there anymore, unfortunately, he did a very good job and always fixed something for us right away when we needed it). They absolutely refuse to fill the pothole in front of the exit way, it tore up my scratch plate on the bottom of my car, no matter how slowly I would drive over it. There was one really nice lady that used to work in the leasing office there that isn't there anymore, unfortunately, but she was the only one that would respond to us as soon as possible. I would not recommend moving there unless you absolutely had to."
