"Update: After moving out, they made the process very simple. I appreciate Breta and Sarita in the office a ton! I did come to realize my entire wardrobe reeked of cigarettes, and the entire complex pretty much smells of such. Had to throw a lot away because of this. I am not a smoker and this is apparently a no smoking facility. Our bathroom always smelled like marijuana to the point where we couldn’t use it sometimes, and I complained a few times to management but they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about it. I am very sensitive to smells and didn’t enjoy this. I think it was due to vents possibly being attached. Also worth mentioning - if your check bounces because of a bank holiday and you don’t have the money in your account yet, there are NO second chances and you will be banned from using their app for payment. No exceptions given. You will be charged a late fee. They only take money orders as well, so you have to shell out $1 extra every month to pay rent. Parkdale Villas is home. We’ve been here for 2 years, going on 3 now. The pricing is reasonable whether you have market pricing or low-income pricing. We work DoorDash and they work with you on getting your application ready. Sarita works hard to make sure everything is in order and is very laid back. The complex is always full and has a waitlist, but that shows how great this place is. Also - the bathrooms are huge! The only complaint I could have is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything outside your door, but of course this is architecture and lack of insulation, not managements fault."

"Lived there almost 5 years. DISCRIMINATION GALORE !!! Evicted because I was 1 week late on rent, the only time in 5 years, while several neighbors pay their rent out each month. We were infested with cockroaches after an upstairs tenant moved & their apt. was sprayed due to infestation. The bugs came through the walls & out of the electrical outlets. The bug man would only spray around our kitchen trash can. The refrigerator was a piece of junk. Gasket falling off, drawers broke, dishwasher quit functioning. Barely any maintenance. I regret sounding negative but it is nothing but the truth."

"My daughter and I lived here for 3 years before moving out last summer due to family illness. We loved our apartment, so spacious and beautiful, and the pool (when it was open)! Sarita was always helpful and understanding especially when a pipe busted in the wall and flooded the apartment February 2021. After the kitchen remodel shortly after moving in so that it was ADA compliant and the pipe busting shortly before we moved out I rarely had any problems that I needed to call maintenance or the office maybe 3 or 4 times in 3 years. The front office staff and maintenance men were always nice and polite. They would greet us all the time when they saw us around the complex."

"We just moved in and we love our apartment! There is a ton of counter space in the kitchen and a lot of cabinets, plenty of room for everything. The whole place is really spacious. The application process did take a while but Mary from the office was very informative and helpful the whole time. Since we've moved in if we have called and needed anything at all they have gotten it taken care of very quickly and professionally. Everyone is very nice."
