"I have lived here for a year and have loved it. The staff in the office are very friendly and your are always greeted with a smile and when an issues arises they have it taken care of right away. The maintenance guys are totally awesome and friendly and beyond helpful with whatever should be needed. It is very quiet here and a safe place to call home. I have enjoyed living here and am sad to go. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home."
"Very welcoming staff and very professional. I talked with the Community Manager, Tammy, a lot! She was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Best apartment management I have had the pleasure of working with. I’ve always been concerned about whether maintenance on an apartment has been done at all my other places of residence, after a request was submitted. At the Residence, rest assured, because not only do they do maintenance in a very timely fashion but they leave maintenance receipts of what they did, fixed, or replaced. Highly recommend!"

"I just moved out from my apartment here after 4 & 1/2 years of living here because I bought my first home! I absolutely LOVED living here. It made me cry to leave! It's beautiful, safe and welcoming. I had an apartment on the back side of the complex that faced greenery and it was a real treat. The staff here is fantastic and always eager to help in any way. Tammy in particular is always incredibly personable and helpful. It feels like you're talking to a friend anytime you have the pleasure of talking to her. If I hadn't found a home I would have never left. If you're looking for apartments this place is a real gem!"
