"Doors slam like a bat being slammed against my wall every 10-20 seconds until 1am. The doors have to be slammed in order to be shut because they are messed up. They have a $50 deposit that they keep basically no matter what. They will come up with something. You're not getting your $50 deposit back. They offer cheaper prices, then keep the $50 deposit, so its not even cheaper. Got almost no sleep because of the doors being slammed every 10-20 seconds."

"My family stayed for 7 days with two service dogs. Due to the prejudice and discrimination of our dogs. Our room was never touched by room service, Cindy evidently had an issue with the dogs, considering she told everyone that they were vicious. Niki at the front desk is rude and without verification or asking why, assumed our children were bothering other guests. In reality they had made a friend on the next floor. Megan C, and one of the gentleman that work at night, were the only good part about the stay. Paid ahead or we would have left 4 days early. Partial refund would be nice. Took out our own trash, had to ask for clean towels, sheets never were changed (did that all our selves). I’d be glad to explain more to the owner."

"The front desk people are the reason this place doesn’t suck completely. They are friendly and helpful although the room service ladies just suck. They don’t do their job 90% of the time. Our company provided room for us here for more than 3 months and I honestly say that Mary and Barbara were and still are the worst “room service employees” I’ve ever come across. Is rare when they do actually do any cleaning even if it is under request. If you don’t request anything you’ll be lucky if they change your towel and take out your trash. I hate to spend the time to write this but please avoid them."

"Front desk was very polite, professional and helpful. Megan the girl working that day noticed that I should have reserved a handicap room and she took care of that no problem. Housekeeper's name was Mary and she was also very polite and thorough. My stay was overall very satisfying and I will extend to stay for another night. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family"
