Heritage and Lakeview Park Apartments

"I had 1 year lease here. This place is infested with roaches. We went a month in the summer without air conditioning. There were fights and gun shots. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I am so happy to be out of there."

"If I could give it less than one star I would. They lied saying there was no roaches I wake up every morning with roaches in my kitchen bathrooms freaking everywhere. It’s disgusting! already had one of my security cameras stolen. Can’t trust to even let your kids go play outside by themselves. Will never rent from here again"

"Been here over a year, and happy to say my lease is up. Moved in didnt have working outlets for 7 months in the kitchen. The Air wouldnt for for few days, had bedbugs when first moved in, sprayed the whole apartment. Now had to throw away our beds, toys, etc due to being covered in bugs. Would not recommend. Maintenance would take months just to show up, when they do it's when you're not home. They would come in without any notice."

"I have lived here for over 4 years and had no issues, now a new company has taken over and it is a absolute nightmare. My ac went out two weeks ago and the management here keeps telling me that they are going to fix it but it still isn't fixed. They actually ripped out the old one and left me with no heater either. Everytime they say that their going to be here to fix it nobody shows up. My son now has a upper respiratory affection because of the drastic weather changes and having to leave windows open to get air. Now when I call management , they just hang up on me!!! I do not recommend living at these apartments!!!!"
