"We have been renting through Soless for a year and a half now. Anytime we have a maintenance issue, they come and fix it in a timely manner. We haven’t had any problems since moving in, that haven’t been resolved. We are treated fairly, and haven’t experienced any negativity from anyone up there. Laura is quick to get back to me, and is quick to answer any questions I have regarding our house or work that needs to be done. We just had a major issue with a leak, and Laura went out of her to work with us on getting us the best care. We are so so grateful for Laura and the whole team at Soless!"

"I have been a tenant in one of their rental properties for 11 months. I've been close to a model tenant, and have never been late on a payment, which is considered late after the 5th of the month. I typically bring a check, although I have paid twice with a credit card when I knew I could not make it by there before the deadline. This month, unfortunately, my bank messed up my check order, so I had to utilize the credit card option. I attempted to do this on Friday, the 4th of the month, and their payment portal on the website showed to be down. I tried again over the weekend, but it still showed down.Of course, by this point, the business office is closed, so I had to wait to get in touch with them Monday morning. I explained the situation, and was basically told that it wasn't their fault I didn't know the card system was no longer being utilized. There was no correspondence about no longer taking card payments whatsoever. I guess I should call all of the businesses I'm established with to make sure they don't change their business practices without informing their customers from now on...."

"I would not advise anyone one to rent from them. The way they conduct business is not professional. I thank God that the renting of this home fell through. Everyone's situation is different! I pray if and when whomever rents from them you have a blessed and pleasant one. Things happen for a reason and I'm thankful and glad this did."
