"dead roach in the toilet was whatever but along with a tongue piercing in the trash when we walked in our room not so good. they don’t give quarters for the laundry at the front desk nor have any change machines and it’s $2.00 a load. The door to our room was super hard to open and close. the elevator makes some weird noises and clangs. But the people were nice and gave us an early check in."

"Where do I start? First they gave us an ADA room. Ok as long as no ADA needs it. The toilet is loose and every time you sit down you have to balance yourself. The shower barely distributes water and they should be ashamed to provide this for any person let alone someone ADA. Ventilation in bathroom does not work. Second, the microwave doesn’t work. Couldn’t even pop a bag of popcorn. Closet door was off track and we could not get it back on because piece is missing. They have a Keurig but it doesn’t warm the water. Coffee came out cold. The thermostat does not work. Could not adjust the temperature and it was freezing in this room. Went to ask for extra towels and was told by the cleaning staff that they did not have any extra and only gave us what they had clean. I’ve never heard of a hotel running out of clean towels. No ice or vending machines at the posted signs. Had to go all the was to the first floor for ice. Very inconvenient late at night. One of the beds in the double bed room was broken. Squeaks and feels weird when getting in and out. As you can see it also has items from previous stays under the bed including an old baby bottle. Pillows are paper thin. This wasn’t a cheap stay either. Best to just pay the extra and stay at a better hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️"

"Little dated. Hot water, good bed, typical hotel breakfast, needs to be updated to Comfort Suites standard. Things look in I'll repair. Not bad for a one night stay. Safe area."

"The gentleman at the desk was quite rude and unpleasant. He was very sarcastic when I had a question. One of my card/key didn't work. There was an unexpected roommate who had more legs than me. One tiny bottle of shampoo. Overall, just felt icky. We were only staying for a night for a concert so luckily we weren't in the room for long. I will make sure not to visit this hotel again."

"This place smelled bad, like mildew. When I walked threw the front door there was not heat on in the building. I was trying to pay told her I already had choice just wanted my points but she told me I had to get the credit card. No I don't. When I got to my room the door was stuck and it was so heavy that I barely got it open by myself. My bathroom tub wouldn't drain as I used it. Ice machine was broke. Bathroom smelled like it had been flooded. Smelled really bad like mildew."
