"Don’t waste your time going to this property. The manager Andy seems Bipolar and has a serious attitude problem. Me and my girlfriend went there, was upfront with him about our past. He said it will not be a problem, took our money then I called him 2 days later he asked about something, then would not give me a chance to explain just said I lied. I tried to explain to him that I told him in his office about it already but didn’t want to hear anything got very rude and loud and said I am not renting to you period. Maybe if he wasn’t staring and my girlfriend during the office visit he would have heard what was being told to him."
"Stayed here with my fiancé for 10 months, it was our first apartment ever and we had best experience with it. They care about the residents, and it’s located in a safe location. The rent were automatically cut in half for 2 months because of the corona virus which was really nice of them. Only had a problem with the dish washer which was replaced within a week. Friendly people. Fair pricing as well. It’s been a few months since I moved out and I missed this apartment! Got my deposit back in the mail since I live in a different state, I’d say about 6 weeks after moved out. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!"
