Lone Oak RV Ranch & Retreat

"We stumbled upon Lone Oak RV Ranch and retreat on a Facebook post offering breakfast. I live nearby, and we are always looking for a new dining experience. My dad and I went there yesterday. It was a dreary, misty, rainy day. But, we decided to go out anyway. I have to say we made a good choice. We met David, he was so warm, and inviting and a great host explaining the details of the event center. He made the best breakfast we've had in all of Cooke County in a really long time. The pancakes were fluffy, like something a grandmother would make. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was very homey and inviting. I highly recommend giving this place a try. They also installed two new Wi-Fi towers for the park. We will definitely be back and bring company from out of state. ❤️"

"Went here for a couples retreat. The food was country home cooking, and the staff was absolutely accommodating and hospitable. We will be back again. If you are looking for a venue that is very unique and rustic, this is the place. Contains a lot of authentic old western memorabilia. Many of the original motion picture actors have rooms dedicated to them. A lot of set props are displayed all over the campus. The biggest takeaway was the staff. Charlie and Roxanne lead an outstanding bunch. RV park is just getting functional. Good place!"

"Such a beautiful place to be. Staff is very welcoming and so friendly. If you need to get away I highly recommend Lone Oak Ranch and Retreat. Hotel rooms are clean and have such great western feel! Cabins have been have redone and turned into cute suites for guests. My son loved the area with goats, chickens and pigs."

"Just attended a few day long retreat here. We were served so well. Every time we turned around we were being feed cookies, refilled on coffee, or asked what else we needed. It felt more like we were being made a part of the family. The accommodations are well priced and filled with character. Even though there is a rustic feel, nothing feels run down. The property is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to others. :)"
