"Stayed here for a show at Winstar. The location is perfect for that purpose (Lucas Oil Live is a 10 minute drive). The price was much cheaper than staying at the casino hotel. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. At breakfast, the food service area was similarly extremely clean (which I've found to be a gamble at hotels of this tier). Overall, this hotel provides a very clean, comfortable, and well-situated alternative to the overpriced casino lodging. I'll definitely stay here again for future shows at Winstar."

"I’m so glad I didn’t take heed to the bad reviews. I’m a Hilton Honors member and I love staying in Hilton hotels when I’m traveling. First of all, I love self check in with the digital key. It saves me time and the staff time really because I know many places are short staffed. The staff was very friendly. I don’t know them all by name but the female attendant that wears glasses with reddish blonde hair was very friendly and always had a smile on her face and spoke everytime we came through the lobby. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms have big bottles of hygiene items attached to the shower as well as a big bottle of lotion attached to the wall by the sink. There’s a Cracker Barrel next door but nothing else. I was expecting more options being there’s a hotel nearby. Also my card was hacked while I was staying there and someone used it to buy games so be careful. Luckily I have a great bank and I was able to dispute and get it back. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Our room was clean and modern and the location is perfect! The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired though. The lady named Ana is extremely cold and unwelcoming. During our check in process she had a bad attitude and would not even make eye contact. I watched her check in the family in front of us and she acted the same way towards them. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day at the time, but the next afternoon as we were leaving to head to lunch we passed her at the front desk again. I waved at her and said hello, she awkwardly averted her eyes and didn't acknowledge us."

"We stayed here for one night on February 16, 2024 and the experience was not good. There was no problem with check-in as the front desk agent, Mykala, was nice and helpful. When we were preparing to leave on the morning of February 17, 2024 the desk agent was “Brenda” and she was terribly rude. I had gone to get our car so we could load our stuff while my traveling companion was having breakfast. Brenda loudly approached my companion demanding to know if she was a guest at the hotel (she was listed as a guest when we checked in) and proceeded to cause a scene. As we were leaving several other guests who had overheard the exchange stated that their stays were also less than exceptional (rooms not ready at check-in, no clean towels in the room, etc). If you feel the need to confirm that someone is a guest it shouldn’t be done loudly in front of a packed room full of guests having breakfast. “Brenda” has no social skills and shouldn’t be in a position that involves her interacting with guests. We will never stay at this property again, and to be honest it has made us reconsider staying at any Hampton Inn property. Do better!"

"If I could turn back time I would have unbooked this place. We stayed 2 times in twenty days apart and each time we had the same issue, our room wasn't done and it was 4pm, they were very rude at the counter on Saturday morning Feb 17 and blamed us for them not filling out the pet room information when we clearly did. Food from the people before was moldy in the refrigerator. The sound on the TV was stuck on surround sound and made it impossible to watch. No trash bags in the receptacle. The beds were very comfy but the other mishaps will not allow us to stay at this facility ever again. Not to mention it says it has a hot tub and a pool but the hot tub was bricked over and the pool is not heated or clean. The lady at the counter on Saturday morning Feb 17 was the same lady we had before and both times she was very rude and didn't seem to know her job."
