Summit at Lexington Square Apartments

"Been living here for almost 3 years now the management and maintenance do not like to handle things the way they should, the apartments are not suitable to live in especially with little kids."

I have lived here for a very long time and currently I have two open work tickets for emergency maintenance to be completed on my apartment that have been open for more than three months. The property can't seem to keep a decent manager at all. And I've seen many times where there are questionable charges put on my account. Trust me when I say this, DO NOT APPLY HERE."

"It's a low income apartments that says it all..... They have fixed it up some from what I seen on the outside, but I bought something off of Facebook today from a lady and she said they have dirty needles all over the play area. No place for little kids to play. She said the new manger is better and they are trying to get the bad people out."

"Terrible management. She’s rude and does not return phone calls. She doesn’t know how to manage a property because she never returns emails or calls. I don’t blame all the bad reviews. Crooked management? Definitely. Apparently quite a bit of her family went to prison so it makes sense why she’s bad at management. Please don’t live here. I feel sorry for you if you do."

"My grandmother lived there for 8/9 years and at first it was a nice place to live. The management was great. They were on top of things and kept it pretty clean and a safe place to live. Within the last 2 years I'd say it's went way down hill. They now have window units sticking out of Windows. Looks very tacky. Considering it was against the rules to have window units there. People apartments have been getting broke into. Cars being broke into and messed up. Pets being allowed when they weren't allowed before. Dog Pooh everywhere. Even where residence don't have dogs. It's not the same anymore. The manager now really has ran that place in the ground. The office is even very unorganized and filthy. The ladies who ran it before had the office very nice along with everything else. My grandma got sick and had to move because she couldn't live alone anymore. I'm not glad for her reason to have to move but I am glad she's not there anymore with the way things are there. I will have to add the maintenance man is very kind and does work work work.. Owner(s) need to fix the management problem there for sure."
