"Been here 5 years January 2023 ! New update It's turned from good to Very Bad ! Just wanting to move and leave here is terrible . Neighbor's boyfriend David Powell threaten me with harm in February 2023 . Happened more than once I filled a Police Report , went to Housing Authority Gainesville TX . NO Help with them or the Office of Bella Vista Apts. Now No repairs or upkeep of my Apt are being conducted in a timely manner ! A lot of Pure Trash is here . DONOT move or come here unless you want trouble and disrespect avoid like the Black Plague !I see that you responded 3hrs ago . I've been waiting for over 6 months for you to take care of the Bee Nest inside my outside storage wall , mini blinds in my bedroom cracking 18 yrs old , back door loose not closing properly , flooring is bad been that way since I moved in 5 years ago . I've reached out numerous times still not repaired . Come fix them if you ever have time ? It's now March 25,2024 I moved finally from Bella Vista. I received a notification about my apartment move out on February 1,2024 with pictures of a dirty apartment. Well it was cleaned when I lived in it by 2 ladies at $100-$120 every other month. Even then when I moved it was better than when I moved in. So in rebuttal to me from Debbie Russell that I confronted her being Fired from Gainesville Housing Authority she says I should pay for all repairs and cleaning of the apartment. Well she is a liar, cheater,and a Thief. I could say more but why most people already know. Contacted the corporate office Rebecca Bolton and had no response except she had Mrs Russell call me back to say yep I owed for it all . Just don't move to Bella Vista unless you want more pain and misery stay away if you can."

"I have lived here since 2009. I am one of the original renters of my unit. Cindy Waltershied was by far one of the best managers this complex has had. Since new management has come and gone and better maintenance men as well this place is clearly all about the money. Example daughter accidentally cracked her window. I requested a maintenance repair. Glass guy came out and no response from office until a paper showed up on my door with a lease violation. I'm sorry what as much money as I've given this apt complex. So instead of not calling me and letting me know they placed all charges on my account and demanded it it get paid immediately. I'm sorry most people don't have 387 dollars lieing around. No offer of hey we are going to charge you nope just pay it. I will reserve my personal comments about management but I am not impressed."

"I've lived a lot places and this one has the best managers I've ever known. Genuine, kind, caring people who work hard to make sure the needs of their tenants are met. Couldn't ask for better management anywhere. Thank you ladies for all you do. You are highly appreciated. As a AA woman I can honestly say they make me feel most welcomed here."
