"Had a whirlpool refrigerator for a year and a half when the compressor went out. Contacted whirlpool for warranty repairs, and they referred us to Guinco for service. Raymond came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back later when the compressor was available. He was friendly and courteous and got the job done quickly. Big plus was that Guinco kept in touch with text messages. That helped me to keep dates and times straight lol. Hope I dont have the need for appliance repair again but if I do I will contact Guinco for help!"

"My less-than-a year-old refrigerator was making a horrible noise day and night! Whirlpool set up service through Guinco. Raymond, the service technician, was at the house at 8am sharp on the appointed day. Fortunately I had recorded the noise and he was immediately able to diagnose the problem, order a part and schedule the installation. Raymond returned for the follow up as scheduled, at 2pm sharp and completed the installation within 10 minutes. Prompt courteous and problem resolved. I will be happy to use this company again!"

"Tech came to work in dishwasher. Very helpful, no negative review for the tech. Few minutes after tech left the dishwasher started smoking. Could not reach tech to ask him to come back. All phone numbers for GuinCo lead to a phone tree. We spent more time on hold working a phone tree than what the tech was onsite. Poor customer service, do not recommend."

"I have a Whirlpool washer that had been making an odd noise when using. It started before my purchase warranty had expired. I let it go and it got worse. Called Whirlpool and they set up an appointment with this company to come out to fix my washer. My tech was Jimmy, very professional and on time, even had booties to cover his shoes before he came in, I liked that! Once he heard the noise he knew exactly what was going on and parts needed. He ordered the parts, came back to install and he was fast. Did I mention he always called when he was coming? So now I have a washer that works great, like I just bought it, thanks to Jimmy and Guinco. I would definitely recommend this company for repairs."
