"I went into Cole Sport yesterday to look for new snow pants. I am 5 foot and I get overstimulated easily, so I was looking for a very specific snow pant. Katheryn came over and helped us. She was such a big help to us for finding a specific snow pant. After a while of looking, she recommended us this really amazing pair of snow pants that was exactly what I wanted. While I was trying on the snow pants one of the buckles broke, and she gave us a 20 percent discount, which was really nice. Later that day, my second buckle broke and I couldn’t wear my snow pants anymore, so I went in and she found us the perfect solution that worked perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. Bought new boots, they heated them to fit better at no extra cost and then sold us inserts- heated and hand cut to fit the best. In her 15 years of skiing- happy wife- happy life. "Just had a boot fitting from Dude and he is a master at his craft. I had no idea a ski boot could be tweaked and tuned so perfectly for my jacked up feet. High instep, high arches, hammer toes, skinny calf and he was able to work a boot that I can easily wear all day and get as rowdy as I want to while still being ready for more.
