"I always love coming here. The whole store always seems to have a killer sale/deal going on so you're able to get a lot. They always have lots of great selections and sizes and I've never had a problem with the very laid back staff."

"Every time I go to this location it's the same very rude store employee there. He got angry when I gave him a couple things at the register I had decided against even though I was buying a whole stack of other things and asked if I expected him to put them back. I was there a couple weeks ago and the same guy was very rude so it wasn't just an off day. I'll no longer shop here."

"Salesman was extremely rude. Wife and I both had a pair of shorts and they had one dressing room and a lot of people there so we went in and tried on together and he basically yelled at us and kept saying I need one of you to get out now. Then kept saying now over and over while we rushed to get the shorts we tried on off and get back into our pants. Not polite or patient and did a thorough job of embarrassing us in front of other store patrons.. Will not shop this location again and actually left products I planned to purchase based on this experience. Never been treated like this at the traverse location in Lehi. Also, when we left my wife told me that the salesman asked her if I was trying on the same ladies shorts when she came out and was very sarcastic and rude. No reason to treat anyone like this unless your goal was to lose customers that frequented this store multiple times a year. Congrats, volcom, you did just that."

"Always a great experience shopping at this store. The whole store is usually on some kind of sale. The customer service is also on point! Whenever I need a size that isn’t out they quickly check in the back. One of the managers, Josh with the long blonde hair, is especially helpful whenever I go in."
