"I'm not sure what's going on in the bike shop there, but I would strongly advise anybody reading this to take their bike elsewhere. I dropped my bike off for service on Sunday and was told it would be finished EOD Monday. I didn't receive a call Monday so called Tuesday morning to check on the status. The guy on the phone said "Your bike is done. We tried to call you, but it went straight to voicemail." I said, "You called this number? The number I put down?" and the response was, "No. We called your friend and his voice mailbox was full." On my first ride after my service, my dropper post wouldn't lock out. I brought it in today to ask them to fix it and the tech said, "We don't have the part. There's nothing we can do. I'll call you if we can get the part," and sent me and my bike on my merry way. 15 minutes later, the tech called me and said that he had now looked into it and the dropper post needed to be reset. It took me about 30 seconds to fix in my garage. I'm not the only person I know who has had more issues with my bike after picking it up than when I dropped it off. Seems to be run of the mill at the shop. In fact, when I was dropping my bike off the first time, the woman next to me was bringing in her bike for an issue that was caused during JANS service. Take your bike elsewhere in Park City for service. Edit for the response: There was no failure with the dropper post when I originally brought it in. That's... kind of the whole point."
