Later that night I found I lost a bag that I bought from another store, when I called, Jack graciously offered to ship it back to me and provide his personal company email to make sure my shipping details wasn’t lost in the cracks. I was expecting some attitudes and pushbacks, after all, it’s not their products and my fault to left it at the store. It’s really generous and kind that Jack and his team offered to help immediately and went extra miles taking care of it in the most trouble-free way to me. This is no doubt the best Patagonia experience I had so far!"
