"Used to love this place but recently my wife bought me a shirt for my birthday which was too small. I bring it in to exchange for a bigger size. They don’t have it. Can you order it ? “No we are not restocking it”. Do you have anything else like it. “Not really”. Ok I guess I will have to get a refund. “Sorry only store credit”. Bu you have nothing I want now and you won’t order what I want. “Well maybe next season you can get something - the credit doesn’t expire”. Horrible customer service mindset and bad policy.
