"Rented skis here for two days. Unfortunately, they were not tuned and after spending $350 for a daily lift, I spent the day sticking to the snow, basically going in a reverse all day as I “cruised” the groomers all day. Thankfully I found a nice rental shop at the base and they gave me a nice wax / buff - gratis. So the second $350 day was a lot more fun because I was able to go down hill instead of nowhere like the day before. When returning the rentals and explaining the situation to the store Associate, no offer of compensation, just “that’s strange, we usually tune the skis before they go out for use”."

Would highly recommend this location as they have tons of stock and selection and great brands like Hoka, Patagonia, North Face!"

She is certainly deserving of a promotion and raise for her exhaustive knowledge and quick thinking.
